The hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to the station where all sightseeing buses depart from and to a large duty free store. Convenience stores can also be found nearby, making it easier for guests to purchase needed items. The hotel is also situated close to the centre of Uchinomaki, allowing guests to easily explore the area. The rooms are equipped with comfortable futons, and the bathrooms have hot spring facilities that offer a relaxing way to unwind. The service is prompt and welcoming, and the breakfast served is filling and delicious. Guests can enjoy a beautiful view of Aso Five Ridges from the rooftop onsen.
While the hotel offers a range of facilities, including shuttle services to nearby areas, some guests may find the hotel's decor to be dated and in need of renovation.

Friendly staff, great onsen, shuttle service
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the onsen facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the shuttle service was a huge help in getting around this rural area.

The hotel had a good location and easy access to public transportation. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and was tasty. the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The rooms were very old and in dire need of renovation. The furniture was worn-out and the bed was uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Aso and I have to say, it was a great experience. the location was fantastic. It's situated in a quiet suburb of Aso, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Secondly, the staff were wonderful. They were welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were amazing. I was lucky enough to have a room with a balcony and a spectacular view of the smoking Nakadake volcano. It was truly breathtaking. Additionally, the futon mattresses provided a traditional and cozy sleeping experience. The attention to detail in the room was impressive.
Everything was great!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding - we got so much for what we paid. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impeccable, from the beautifully furnished traditional rooms with tatami mats and futons to the breathtaking view of the smoking Nakadake volcano. The onsen bath on the 7th floor provided a serene and relaxing experience, with excellent views of the Aso mountains. And let's not forget the breakfast - it offered a great variety of options including some Western items like toast and fruit, which was a nice touch. I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's offerings.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were impeccable.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room with two hot springs, one indoor and another outdoor, both with a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the food from the breakfast buffet, which had various options. we loved the sound of silence in the room.
The location was not ideal because we had to travel a bit to find other restaurant options. , the room had a strong smell of tatami that may not be suitable for everyone.
